Task Systems sell high quality office furniture, imported into their warehouse and distributed throughout the country. It was therefore important that there was no disruption to business as usual during their move. The lease at the existing premises had ended and they were moving to a new location nearby.

Our remit was to get the new warehouse up and running in readiness for their occupation. This included forming new offices, meeting areas, washrooms, tea point, including all power, data and air conditioning to the new offices and warehouse space.

Once settled in their new premises we undertook the dilapidation of their former warehouse, returning the building to its original state. This included removing offices, mezzanine, power, data and externally replacing sheeting where damage had occurred and signage removed, cleaning, inside and out. Once completed the whole project was inspected and approved by the landlord’s agents.
