Being in the middle of docklands and listed the building and the location proved challenging for deliveries and the fit-out design. The local authority Heritage Officer provided guidance and approval when designing the fit-out programme and interior features.

The floor was completely empty, and the project was to install meeting rooms, breakouts areas, tea points, and included a semi-circular special build reception desk. Work included air conditioning alterations, electrical and data installations.
