New office fit-out

The clients moved to new offices as they had outgrown their existing space and there was no room for expansion within that building. The new premises were not far from their original location, thereby causing little disruption to staff travel and had plenty of parking and public transport connections, which was one of their main considerations.
The new offices were on the upper floor of a building with central roof lanterns and different ceiling heights throughout the length of the floor. The remit was to provide space for additional planned staff and room for further staff to hot-desk, plus meeting rooms and breakout areas, therefore the space plan had to maximise the floor space available. They required an area within which to assemble training materials and a bespoke space was designed with a continuous worktop. Power points were included to provide additional hot-desk areas.
