The landlord was looking to let an empty floor within an office block in London. Having been recommended by a letting agent, our designers firstly looked at the type of building, which was an old warehouse that had previously been converted into an office block retaining some of the old concrete pillars, when producing their proposed design.

A fully specified design, including CGI, was produced for the 2nd floor and the project agreed. Using the CGI images the landlord was able to market the space, enabling the floor to be let before the fit-out was completed. The success of this project led to a similar design being used on the 1st floor.
